At Boat & Aircraft Parts, we are committed to providing high-quality outboard motors and helicopter parts. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the terms below.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

  • The item must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Items showing signs of use, installation, or damage may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Our support team will respond with return instructions.

Return Authorization

If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for approved returns within the United States.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Inspection Process

All returned items are inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our return conditions.

Refunds

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
